I am co-infected with HIV and HBV. Please advise me as to where I can get the proper treatment and the latest medicine. How much will it cost?
Hello,
As we mentioned in previous replies, you can get the latest treatment for both HIV and Hep B at some of Pune's biggest hospitals such as Jehangir and Sassoon. You can also get HIV treatment and support at our NGO partner Sahara. Basic (first line) HIV treatment should be free in India but you need to speak to a doctor about that. If you are not in Pune, you will need to go to your nearest hospital. If you are in Pune, you can get information and help by phoning the Muktaa helpline at 00912025460102.
