Hello,

If you had a sexual encounter only a few days ago you will not be able to do an HIV antibody test yet.  Everyone tests negative for at least 6 weeks after exposure, this is called the "window period."   You can get tested after 6 weeks, although for better accuracy we recommend getting tested at 3 months.
What kind of sexual encounter was it, and why do you believe that you may have been exposed to HIV?
When the proper amount of time has passed and you are ready to get tested, we recommend coming either to Deep Griha - 13 Tadiwala Rd. or Sassoon hospital.
don't worry be happy,
Dr. Punewali
