Dear Sir,

As stated on our website we are not medical specialists and therefore are unable to answer your question with certainty. After some quick research, it seems that studies have been inconclusive on the effects of circumcision on speed of orgasm and sensitivity. You should consult a specialist for more information.

There are numerous pages on the internet about circumcision and sexual effects such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_effects_of_circumcision.

It has been proven that circumcision can reduce the risk of HIV transmission by as much as 80% and also improves penile hygiene.

Circumcision is however a surgical procedure and therefore there can be some risks involved which should be fully discussed with a doctor before making a decision on the procedure.

All the best,

Dr Punewali
