Yellow Ribbon NGO Event @ Ishanya Mall

The Yellow Ribbon fair at Ishanya Mall was a success for the DISHA ladies again this year! Money was raised through the selling of candles, cards and jewelry sold to the public as well as the Ladoo project which raised money for HIV/AIDS treatment and created awareness of malnutrition in Pune’s children. Thank you to all those who helped and those who bought our produce!

‘The Fair is called the Yellow Ribbon Fair since the colour yellow signifies happiness and joy. It has had a participation of more than 70 NGOs and SHGs from in and around Pune who sell their products ranging from sweets, chocolates, candles, flowers, CDs, books, studded and silver jewellery, miniature paintings, lamps, torans, decorative diyas, handmade bags, organic cereals, tribal art, handmade Diwali cards, Diwali snacks, Paithani sarees and much more.’
